About Me
Hello! My name is Collin Conner. I am a Game Designer, Programmer, Writer and Mega Nerd. I’ve known from a young age that I wanted to make games, and I started learning to program in Middle School as part of taking that path. Since then, I’ve been developing my skills and gaming literacy to develop my strengths as a Game Designer.
Outside of work, I’m hopelessly in love with TTRPGs and am an avid DM. I also enjoy competing in Fighting Game Tournaments! I engage in activism, focusing on Animal Rights (vegan btw :-^), and I like writing music and poetry.
While working on games, I’ve had to wear many hats. I like to focus on Gameplay and System Mechanics (Design and Coding), World Building and Narrative, and Game Balance. Heres what I bring to the table:
- A keen eye for Game Design and Balance.
- Strong Worldbuilding, Narrative, and Dialogue skills.
- Extensive Experience in Game Engines, including Unreal, Unity, and Godot.
- Rapid Iterative Prototyping, Paper and Digital.
- An unquenchable desire to learn, whether it’s new tools, ideas, paradigms, and practices.
